Stained Glass Mirror Class

Who is this course for?

Level One (beginners) and above - This half day class is for students who have no previous knowledge or experience working with stained glass, as all practical skills required will be taught as part of this course. While also being another opportunity for those with experience to practice their skills.

Age 18 and over.

What does the course cover?

Working with our template you will choose your glass colours and type, then learn how to lead your mirror and solder it.  Please note all mirror and glass will be pre-cut by our tutors.

This class does not involve glass cutting.

What is included in the fee?

Your fee includes tuition by an experienced stained glass designer, the use of tools and equipment and materials.  Each student will take home a mirror that they have created.

Please note the stand shown in the image is not included but can be purchased on the day.

There is a maximum of 4 students per class to ensure individual attention.

Please note, this course involves working with lead, we recommend that pregnant women do not attend.

What do I need to bring?

• Please wear sturdy and fully enclosed footwear (no open toes or gaping sides) and clothing that you do not mind getting dirty or damaged.
• Please ensure long hair is tied back.   
• All drink containers/bottles must have lids.
• No food is allowed in the workshop

Course Times:

We begin at 9.30am and run until approx’ 1.30pm.

All our classes are for age 18 and over, unless otherwise specified.

Course terms and conditions:

Cancellation and Attendance Policy;

• In the event of a class being cancelled by the Host, the option of a full refund will be issued or the student may request a date transfer if available.
• Cancellations by the student over 28 days of the class date – we will offer a full refund or date transfer if available at the discretion of the student.
• Cancellations by the student within 28 days of the class date – we are unable to offer a refund or date change.  Please see following information:
• If we are able to re-sell your place a refund will be given at all times and every effort will be made to re-sell at all times.
• Non-attendance – if you do not attend on the day of your class you will not be eligible for a refund or class transfer.
• Payment of your class fee is deemed as acceptance of our terms and conditions.
